Role Overview

As a frontline Real Estate Agent at Authentic Partners, Gigi assists clients in buying, selling, or renting homes with precision and care. By blending local market expertise, data-driven analysis, and personalized guidance, she ensures her clients achieve their financial goals while navigating the complexities of real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation
    • Meet with clients to understand their property goals, budget, and desired timeline.
    • Offer expert insight on current market trends, competitive pricing, and available listings.
  • Market Research & Property Valuation
    • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to determine accurate pricing strategies.
    • Prepare and present Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to advise clients on property values.
  • Property Search & Presentation
    • Identify properties that meet clients’ criteria; schedule and host showings or open houses.
    • Provide thorough details on neighborhood features, property amenities, and local market conditions.
  • Marketing & Promotion
    • Craft high-quality property listings with professional photos and engaging descriptions.
    • Implement strategic marketing campaigns via online listings, social media, and partnerships.
  • Negotiation
    • Assist clients in creating competitive offers and navigate counteroffers.
    • Aim for mutually beneficial agreements by mediating between buyers and sellers.
  • Transaction Management
    • Oversee the entire closing process, including inspections, appraisals, and necessary repairs.
    • Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all contracts, disclosures, and legal documents.
  • Client Communication
